Charlotte Wood is a writer based in London. She is interested in telling stories that cross genre and medium, and she especially enjoys creating work that has strong historical or fantasy-based elements.
She is currently working on several plays that explore sexuality, unlikeable female characters and feminism, and a time-travelling, mystery podcast series.
Originally from Leicester, Dan moved to London to study at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. He graduated in 2017 with a Ba(Hons) in Applied Theatre.
Since graduation Dan has kept his love and passion for theatre and new writing. Primarily utilising a darkly comic writing style his work explores themes around mental health, politics and violence. Most recently his play ‘Laugh it off’ was workshopped at an Aktualise monthly script reading. Leading from this Dan signed with North Artist Management and has a brand new play in development titled ‘The Happiest Place on Earth’.
Rae Skerrett is a London based Actor and Writer from the Midlands, who developed her passion for Playwrighting during her BA (Hons) American Theatre Arts degree at Rose Bruford College, in which she is a recent graduate from.
Rae has always had an enthusiasm for writing imaginative stories from a young age, but her degree allowed her to gain a complex understanding of the importance of envisioning a world in which the characters live, whilst taking into consideration their political, social and economic climate. Her current projects lean towards voicing stories from strong female characters, surrounding themes on mental health and LGBT topics.
Mark Wisdom is a screenwriter who uses his acting experience to develop complex characters, perfectly suited to explore interesting situations. He often enjoys dystopian or Sci-Fi projects but has aspirations across all settings and genres, with the simple desire to see relatable scenarios played to audiences.
Mark his currently expanding his portfolio and is working on three feature films, a comedy series, and a set of adventurous short films. His previous credits include the short films 'The Edge' & 'Service Charge', currently in pre-production, and 'Conviction Without Remorse' which is soon to be entering the film festival circuit.
Lewis Wood is a playwright based in London. He focuses his work around mental health, as well as interdisciplinary work, bringing his background in performance poetry.
He is the Young Writer-in-Residence for Broken Silence Theatre, and has had work staged in London, Loughborough, Edinburgh, and Heidelberg in Germany.
