    ABOUT THE ROLE

    An exciting opportunity for an individual to join our growing team as an Agents Assistant assisting our senior team and their clients.

    Knowledge of the talent management industry is a great asset but the ability and willingness to learn is essential. A strong passion for talent, career and brand development is essential.

    Core Responsibilities:

    Duties include but are not limited to:

    * Acting as the first point of contact for callers, dealing with emails and phone calls by responding, passing on messages or highlighting them for your seniors attention.

    * Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the Director.

    * Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.

    * Organising events and meetings.

    * Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.

    * Managing databases and filing systems.

    * Managing and dealing with client submissions/enquiries.

    * Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.

    * liaising with Director, team, contacts and clients.

    * Collating and filing expenses.

    * Miscellaneous tasks to support the team in business and personal life which will vary according to the situation or task.

    Key Skills & Experience:

    - Excellent communication skills and phone manner

    - Efficient and organised with great attention to detail

    - An ability to multitask and react quickly to ever-changing situations

    - Extensive knowledge of the industry and a genuine interest in theatre, film and television

    - A willingness to learn and develop in the role.

    - Computer skills and ability to grasp basic software.

    You’ll primarily be based with our team in London. Normal office hours are 10 am - 6 pm although some flexibility is required. This role will include some evening events both in London and occasionally elsewhere.
