As an experienced and dedicated Talent Agent, Benjamin works closely with his clients to support the growth and longevity of their careers, providing strategic guidance, industry insight, and strong professional advocacy. His clients work extensively throughout the United Kingdom and internationally, appearing in a wide range of productions across stage and screen. Known for his collaborative approach and commitment to nurturing talent, Benjamin has built lasting relationships within the entertainment industry while helping artists secure opportunities that showcase their skills and creativity.In addition to his work as an agent, Benjamin is also the Director of Benjamin Dwyer Casting, where he has overseen casting for a variety of notable productions and projects. His casting work spans theatrical productions, immersive experiences, and live entertainment, reflecting his keen eye for talent and his understanding of both performance and production needs.
Among the projects he has cast are Jurassic World: The Exhibition, the musical Ordinary Days, Songs for a New World, Speak, Edges and Project: Walter.

Michael trained as an actor, graduating from Performance Preparation Academy in Guildford. Since then, he has worked professionally in both TV & Film and in Musical Theatre on a number of different productions including UK Tours, West End and some abroad. He also has some casting experience and skills which he can pass onto his clients after working as a Casting Assistant for a year.Michael's focus is to build long-term careers for his clients and help them to reach their full potential. He believes that with the right partnership, anything is possible.

Aaron trained at Bird College and since then has built a varied career both on stage and on screen, alongside a growing passion for creating work as well as performing in it.He has produced and cast Off-West End concerts and worked professionally across theatre and television. His screen experience includes work with major platforms such as Netflix, Disney+ and Apple TV, giving him first-hand insight into how high level productions operate.
