Benjamin has been leading North Artist Management since its founding in 2016, guiding the company from its early beginnings to becoming a respected agency representing a diverse roster of performers across theatre, television, and film.

As an experienced and dedicated Talent Agent, Benjamin works closely with his clients to support the growth and longevity of their careers, providing strategic guidance, industry insight, and strong professional advocacy. His clients work extensively throughout the United Kingdom and internationally, appearing in a wide range of productions across stage and screen. Known for his collaborative approach and commitment to nurturing talent, Benjamin has built lasting relationships within the entertainment industry while helping artists secure opportunities that showcase their skills and creativity.

In addition to his work as an agent, Benjamin is also the Director of Benjamin Dwyer Casting, where he has overseen casting for a variety of notable productions and projects. His casting work spans theatrical productions, immersive experiences, and live entertainment, reflecting his keen eye for talent and his understanding of both performance and production needs.

Among the projects he has cast are Jurassic World: The Exhibition, the musical Ordinary Days, Songs for a New World, Speak, Edges and Project: Walter.

David joined North Artist Management in 2022 following the launch of the northern office. As UK Regional Head of Talent and Senior Agent, he represents clients working across Stage, Film, Television and Commercials throughout the UK, with many regularly auditioning and working in London and on national productions.

Originally trained in Musical Theatre at SLP College, Leeds, David brings first-hand industry experience to his role, having worked across a range of disciplines including Voiceover, Presenting, Theatre and Film. His professional background, combined with his in-depth understanding of the UK industry landscape, enables him to support and strategically develop talent both regionally and nationally.

David is passionate about ensuring performers across the UK have access to opportunities at every level of the industry, while maintaining strong relationships with leading casting professionals and production companies nationwide.

Michael trained as an actor, graduating from Performance Preparation Academy in Guildford. Since then, he has worked professionally in both TV & Film and in Musical Theatre on a number of different productions including UK Tours, West End and some abroad. He also has some casting experience and skills which he can pass onto his clients after working as a Casting Assistant for a year.

Michael's focus is to build long-term careers for his clients and help them to reach their full potential. He believes that with the right partnership, anything is possible.
