    Benjamin has been heading up North Artist Management since its inception in 2016. He is an experienced Talent Agent with clients working both the in UK and Internationally in Theatre, TV & Film.

    Benjamin is also the Director of Benjamin Dwyer Casting and has cast various projects including Jurassic World: The Exhibition, Ordinary Days, Songs for a New World, Speak, and Edges.

    Jennie offers a personalised touch to representation, combining extensive management experience with firsthand industry insight across Stage, Musical Theatre, TV/Film, and Commercials.

    Having trained at the London School of Musical Theatre, Jennie worked professionally for several years before settling down to have her children and becoming a Talent Agent. Beyond career guidance, she supports her clients as they navigate the industry and loves nothing more than to see them succeed doing something they love!

    U.K REGIONAL HEAD OF TALENT & SENIOR AGENT

    David joined North Artist Management in 2022 after the launch of the northern office. His clients are based predominantly across all regions of North England, Scotland & Wales and are currently working across Stage, Film and Commercials.

    David trained in Musical Theatre at SLP College, Leeds and throughout his career has worked in a variety of genres in the industry such as Voiceover, Presenting, Regional Theatre Productions, and film. A substantial portion of Davids work has been in regional based projects which is why David is so well-equipped to be looking after regional talent.

    Michael trained as an actor, graduating from Performance Preparation Academy in Guildford. Since then, he has worked professionally in both TV & Film and in Musical Theatre on a number of different productions including UK Tours, West End and some abroad. He also has some casting experience and skills which he can pass onto his clients after working as a Casting Assistant for a year.

    Michael's focus is to build long-term careers for his clients and help them to reach their full potential. He believes that with the right partnership, anything is possible.

    Cherkanah joined North Artist Management in 2022 and has since been creating a book of clients, with dancer/singers as the focal point. Her clients have worked both in the UK and Internationally across Stage, Cruise and Corporate Events.

    Trained in musical theatre, Cherkanah is passionate about collaborating with like-minded talent.

    Abi trained as a Musical Theatre performer, graduating from Bird College. Since then, she has worked professionally in the UK and Internationally on a number of projects. She is also a dance teacher at many different dance schools around London.

    Abi is keen to build a robust client base of hard-working individuals, specialising in the world of Dance & Musical Theatre, where her passions lie. Her personable approach creates strong relationships with clients, allowing them to feel truly represented and professionally understood.

    Mia began her journey in the arts as a musical theatre student in Scotland, before choosing to specialise in acting. This decision led her to move down south to study in Acting for Screen and Stage at the Performance Preparation Academy. Her diverse background gives her a deep understanding of the pressures and expectations performers face, and she is committed to making the experience both enjoyable and fulfilling.

    Mia is eager to establish a strong client base of dedicated individuals. She strives to collaborate and grow with her clients as a team rooted in trust and support.

    After completing his second Grand World Voyage, Alexei is now building a diverse roster of clients as a Talent Agent with NAM.

    A graduate of Performers College in Essex, Alexei has developed an impressive international career spanning the UK, the high seas, and beyond. His background in performance, direction, and choreography gives him a unique edge, with experience across various productions, touring companies, cruise entertainment, TV, film, and more.

    Alexei brings a collaborative, team-oriented approach to his work, partnering closely with clients to help them navigate all facets of the industry. His commitment to nurturing talent and sharing his expertise empowers clients to reach their fullest potential on every stage and screen.

    BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

    With a background in Brand Development within Hospitality and Retail, Cory brings a unique approach to talent management and personal brand development at NAM.

    Cory has honed his skills in marketing and client-facing roles representing high-end brands such as Soho House and The Ivy.

    Cory’s industry experience began at a young age in Commercial and Hip-Hop dance, where he trained and competed both in the UK and internationally.

    He brings this passion for the arts and his extensive brand and company experience to the NAM team.

  • Matthias Jacobs

    Matthias trained in Musical Theatre at Italia Conti and Laine Theatre Arts. Since training, he has worked professionally within the UK and internationally. He also has a background in costume design and other backstage disciplines.

    Matthias is excited to have the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients and emerging talent. His approach is personalised and hands-on, ensuring that each client receives the attention, guidance, and strategic planning necessary to navigate the industry and achieve individual success.

    Ryan is a true northerner hailing from a small County Durham village on the North-East coast. He received well-rounded training in dance and musical theatre at SLP College, setting him up for success against the varied demands of the industry. Ryan’s career has taken him across the world, performing in the UK, USA and Canada, as well as many years onboard cruise ships. Ryans goal is to utilise his knowledge and experiences to propel his clients toward bright and prosperous futures, all while maintaining a passion and joy for their art.

    Lauren trained as a Musical Theatre performer at Bird College. Since joining the team she is working on building a diverse client book within Musical Theatre, TV and Film.

    Lauren’s focus and aim is to build a client list of long term relationships to nurture artists into a continuously flourishing career. Her attitude to talent management is personal and approachable and she sees that as the key to truly personal representation.

    With over a decade of experience as a professional dancer, Alfie brings a performer’s perspective and deep industry insight to his role as an Agent at North Artist Management. His career has taken him around the world, performing aboard top-tier American cruise lines including Royal Caribbean, Celebrity Cruises, Carnival, and Holland America.

    Now, Alfie channels his passion and firsthand knowledge into championing a carefully curated roster of artists. With a keen eye for talent and a genuine love for the industry, he is committed to being a steady, strategic partner for every performer he represents.     Zak Marx is a Welsh actor and talent agent from Swansea, now based in London. Known for his vibrant stage presence and fearless versatility, he starred as Bosie in the acclaimed OSCAR at The Crown in Londons West End. Other credits include Sleeping With Beauty (Union Theatre, OFFIE-winner), Doody in Grease (Royal Caribbean), and fronting a national Harry Styles tribute tour.

    Alongside performing, Zak works as a talent agent at NAM representing a diverse roster of emerging artists across theatre, TV, and film. Whether on stage or behind the scenes, Zak is dedicated to empowering bold, authentic storytelling.

    With a background in Musical Theatre training from The Hammond School, Dan brings a unique blend of industry insight and people-focused professionalism to his work in talent representation and PR management.

    Over the past three years, he has worked across high-profile events and PR, now specialising in stage and international talent—particularly within theatre and live performance. His hands-on experience in both theatre and event production gives him a well-rounded understanding of the industry from both sides.

    Dan’s approach is personal, strategic, and grounded in care. He’s passionate about helping performers build sustainable, long-term careers by championing their individuality and offering guidance through the often complex world of industry PR.

    Liam Ross-Mills is a London-based agent and performer with over 15 years of experience in the performing arts. A graduate of the London School of Musical Theatre, Liam spent over a decade working across stage, screen, and voiceover.

    His performance credits include major productions such as Les Misérables, the European tour of The Rocky Horror Show, the 50th Anniversary production of Hair, The Baker’s Wife, the original cast of Ushers: The Front of House Musical, and the UK premiere of Bare – The Rock Musical. Alongside his theatrical work, Liam is a seasoned voiceover artist, with credits spanning the BBC, Sky, ITV, Sony, and more—featuring in campaigns, animation, and broadcast projects. He continues to perform as Gary Barlow in The Take That Experience, maintaining a strong connection to the stage and a live audience.

    This level of experience has equipped Liam with a sharp eye for talent and an authentic understanding of what artists need to thrive.

    Dylan is an agent, actor, and writer from South Wales. He trained on the BA Acting course at Italia Conti and has also completed professional musical theatre training. His career spans film, television, theatre, and commercials, with credits that include work for major companies such as the BBC and TNT. This breadth of experience gives him a grounded, practical understanding of the industry from multiple perspectives.

    Alongside his creative background, Dylan is a former competitive gymnast and acrobat, bringing specialist insight to this area. 

    Dylan is committed to maintaining a focused, boutique client list, allowing him to offer each artist tailored representation, strategic guidance, and genuine individual attention. He values clear communication, approachability, and a close, collaborative agent–client relationship built on trust and shared ambition.

    Sully’s career has been shaped by creativity, versatility, and a genuine passion for the entertainment industry after training at Bird College and Laine Theatre Arts. From being a performer, Sully has also expanded their experience across backstage management, the fashion industry, and creative leadership as a resident director.

    Leia is a Musical Theatre trained performer and a graduate of Associated Studios. Since completing her training, she has gained professional experience across the industry, including immersive theatre, children’s theatre, and a range of creative projects. Having worked both onstage and behind the scenes, she brings a clear, practical understanding of the realities performers face and what it takes to build a sustainable career.

    Alongside her performance work, Leia has developed a strong background in event operations, giving her valuable insight into how to market talent effectively and connect performers with the right opportunities. She understands the importance of presentation, strategy, and timing, and uses these skills to help her clients stand out in a competitive industry.

    Leia is passionate about building a book of driven, hardworking performers. She takes a collaborative and hands-on approach, working closely with each client to champion their individuality, clarify their goals, and identify where they can best fit and thrive.   • Valentine Fauste-Gay

    Valentine is an Agent a triple-threat performer that has trained in the UK, France, and Singapore in Musical Theatre, Acting, and Dance and graduated with an MA in Musical Theatre from the Royal Academy of Music.

    Alongside her artistic training, Valentine studied international business in Paris, through UCLA Extension, and at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.

    Prior to the Royal Academy of Music, she performed in productions across London, France and Singapore, and wrote and directed a musical presented at the 2022 Musical Theatre Fringe Festival in Singapore.

    Drawing on her international background and combined creative and business training, she brings an artist-led, strategic approach to talent representation.

    Aaron trained at Bird College and since then has built a varied career both on stage and on screen, alongside a growing passion for creating work as well as performing in it. 

    He has produced and cast Off-West End concerts and worked professionally across theatre and television. His screen experience includes work with major platforms such as Netflix, Disney+ and Apple TV, giving him first-hand insight into how high level productions operate. 

    Aaron is people-focused and driven by potential. He values collaboration, clear commutation and long-term growth, and with the right support fulfilling sustainable careers can be built.

    While he continues to perform, Alexander is eager to expand his expertise behind the scenes, honing his skills in new areas. Drawing from his diverse experience, he hopes to inspire and guide aspiring performers, helping them achieve their goals in the industry.

    Juno joined the team in 2023 as head of all things fluffy! She loves to meet the NAM clients for a cuddle or a cockapoo-cocktail. Juno’s favourite food is Lillys Kitchen.. and no, she does not want to try Butternut Box!
